The benefit to you is an understanding ear to help you to understand what is occurring. All investigations are documented, and people and places are kept in the strictest confidence.

We use a multi-user case management system that allows each team member to provide a report and link it to a Case file.  The client will be presented with each individual report and the case file as a printout along with any evidence found (EVP's, photo, video, etc).  See a sample report here.
