Do you have unexplained occurrences happening in your home, business, or other location?

If you would like to discuss the possibility of an investigation, please click the "Request an Investigation" link in the left menu and let us know!

S.P.O.O.K. never charges for our services, nor asks for or expects donations. We are here to sincerely help - whether it be helping to debunk an occurrence or to document it. The benefit for us is to help others and potentially help prove the existence of the paranormal through investigative research and documentation thus furthering the field. The benefit to you is an understanding ear to help you to understand what is occurring - whether paranormal or of natural causes. All investigations are documented, and people and places are kept in the strictest confidence unless permission is given in writing to publish portions of our findings.

Unlike some other groups you may have encountered, we use a multi-user case management system that allows each team member to provide a report and link it to a master Case file.  The client will be presented with each individual investigators report and the case file as a printout and PDF, along with any positive or unexplained evidence found (EVP's, photos, video, etc) electronically in a follow-up meeting.  Typically we require a 1 week window to review evidence and compile reports due to the detail provided.

  • See a sample report here.

A typical investigation will consist of three meetings with the client.  The founders or case manager will schedule an initial meeting, where expectations are set as to how we investigate, information provided, scheduling of the actual investigation, tour of the location, as well as signing of permission forms and liability waiver forms.  The investigation itself can consist of 4-6 investigators typically depending on size of the location and may last from 3-6 hours or more.  A follow-up meeting will be scheduled at least 1 week after the investigation to present evidence, reports, discuss findings, reevaluate anomalies if needed, and point out explained occurrences on site.  Additional investigations may be scheduled if warranted after the follow-up meeting.

Hope to hear from you soon... And if not you directly, but you know someone else that would benefit from an investigation, please pass on our information!
